The brass quartet »Trombasso« and the Starkenburg Youth Trombone Choir provide festive music with free admission, accompanied by mulled wine, punch, and pastries. Five additional sculptures by German-British sculptor Tony Cragg will be presented there. On the occasion of both exhibitions, the Spanish Tower Sculpture Garden, in cooperation with the Friends of the Hessian State Museum Darmstadt, is offering an additional double tour with bus transfer on August 9, 2025.

On Sunday, May 18, 2025, the Spanish Tower Sculpture Garden will offer guided tours of the TONY CRAGG exhibition at 2:00 PM (from the Spanish Tower Sculpture Garden) and 4:00 (from Mathildenhöhe). The exhibition in the public space is open around the clock, in the Spanish Tower Sculpture Garden between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Science meets art: On May 8, 2025, around 30 staff members and affiliates of ESOC visited the TONY CRAGGexhibition in the sculpture garden at the Spanish Tower – an inspiring encounter of contemporary sculpture, historic architecture, and international space exploration.

A grand opening for great art: the TONY CRAGG exhibition at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Mathildenhöhe was opened in glorious sunshine - with prominent guests, a personal greeting from the artist and a festive tour of the sculpture trail.
