Doppelführung mit Bustour nach Heidelberg

Parallel to the TONY CRAGG exhibition in Darmstadt, a partner exhibition will take place from May 18 to October 15, 2025, at the Heidelberg Sculpture Park of the Orthopedic Clinic in the Schlierbach district. Five additional sculptures by German-British sculptor Tony Cragg will be presented there. To mark both exhibitions, we are offering a double tour with bus transfer. The tour starts at 1:00 PM at the Spanish Tower Sculpture Garden in Darmstadt.
The Heidelberg Sculpture Park at the Orthopedic Clinic in Heidelberg-Schlierbach has been in existence for 30 years. During this time, it has become the most important location for public art in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. The garden and landscape park of the Orthopedic University Clinic permanently displays 30 large outdoor sculptures by important German and international artists of the 20th and 21st centuries. Annual special exhibitions complement the program.
This year, the Heidelberg Sculpture Park is presenting the TONY CRAGG exhibition with five sculptures on the grounds of the Orthopedic Clinic. Parallel to the exhibition in Darmstadt, both have in common that the works of the German-British sculptor are being presented exclusively in public spaces in Germany for the first time.
As part of the TONY CRAGG exhibition, we will visit the Heidelberg Sculpture Park. We will start at 1:00 p.m. with a guided tour of the Darmstadt exhibition. There we will visit the exhibition in the Spanish Tower sculpture garden, continue on to the Rosenhöhe and then on to the Mathildenhöhe. From there, we will travel by coach to the Heidelberg Sculpture Park, where another guided tour awaits us. The return trip is scheduled to arrive in Darmstadt at approximately 7:00 p.m.
The ticket price of EUR 35.00 includes the cost of the guided tours in Darmstadt and Heidelberg as well as the bus transfer to Heidelberg and back.
Important: Participants should be in good physical condition.
